An afternoon at the Dee Wright Observatory

While the Red Chair was staying at the Blue Spruce Bed and Breakfast in Sisters, Oregon, the innkeepers were sharing with Red some of their favorite things to do in the area.  One of which was a trip to the Dee Wright Observatory which was located only 15 miles from Blue Spruce!  This observatory was built of Lava rock and offers stunning panoramic views of the Cascade Mountain Peaks.  Located within the Willamette National Forrest this attraction does not disappoint and is worth the visit!
