Mountain Views

The Red Chair got in on some late fall foliage in Norfolk, CT when it visited the Mountain View Inn. Norfolk is known as the "best small town in Connecticut" with over 80% of the land forever preserved, Yale University's world-class Chamber Music Festival, Infinity Hall of Music and award-winning Library as well as renowned Historical Society.

Photographer Christopher Knight took the chair on a tour of the village and visited a number of the picturesque places that make the town so photogenic.

The Red Chair was particularly impressed that the town created a sign suggesting that cars slow when chairs crossed at the crosswalk.  That’s called rolling out the Red Carpet!
