Spending Christmas at the Chanticleer Inn Bed and Breakfast was such a magical and peaceful experience for the Red Chair Travels!  The Inn sits atop Lookout Mountain, where Red patiently watched the starlit sky for Santa and his reindeer to come.

The Red Chair arrived at the Chilhowee Mountain Retreat of Maryville, TN, with great anticipation!  It was so excited to spend time atop the Chilhowee Mountain, breathe in that fresh mountain air and spend the evenings gazing at the stars.

After arriving at the Gracehill Bed & Breakfast on an awfully blustery evening the Red Chair headed to bed determined to be up early to begin the adventure.  Awakening before sunrise the Red Chair was in for the surprise of it's life, sunrise from the highest mountain top retreat in the country over looking the Smoky Mountains!

Stop number 58 brings the Red Chair to the Berry Springs Lodge in Gatlinberg, TN, a rustic and charming hideaway among the foothills of the Smoky Mountains!  The Red Chair was delighted to learn that there are so many exciting things to do just minutes from the Lodge!

The Red Chair instantly fell in love with the Buckhorn Inn of Gatlinberg, TN.  Not only did they give the Red Chair one of the best paint refreshers, complete with pampering, but they rolled out the red carpet and treated the Red Chair with such warm hospitality!  With amazing views of the Smoky Mountains near by, Red was captivated by the peace and tranquility found here at the Buckhorn Inn.
